B&C Fire Safety has an immediate opening for a qualified Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Plan and schedule Service and Installation work
⦁ Dispatch and coordinate with customers
⦁ Assist with all division tasks
⦁ Invoice
⦁ Contract reviewing
⦁ Maintain Contract job files and all necessary documents
⦁ Communicate and assist with customers
⦁ Data Entry
⦁ Inventory Control
Requirements:
⦁ Fire Protection experience (Fire Alarm and Security experience a plus)
⦁ Must be competent with Microsoft office, excel, outlook, accounting software
⦁ Previous experience in administrative position
⦁ Ability to multi task
⦁ Strong Organizational skills and quick learner
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Self-starter, goal driven, requires minimal or no supervision
⦁ High School diploma or equivalent
⦁ Valid Driver’s License
⦁ Must pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check
