Job Description
Highlights from the job description include:
- Receive and process applications for Credit Union membership
- Open new savings, checking, and other deposit accounts
- Educate members about Traditional and Roth IRA’s, establish IRA accounts, calculate minimum distributions, and conduct rollover and transfer transactions
- Answer member inquiries about deposit accounts, debit/credit cards, and other BCEFCU products and services
- Research, identify, and resolve issues related to the online banking system
- Complete lost/stolen VISA forms, request replacement VISA cards, and answering general inquiries regarding the VISA program and VISA accounts
- Cross-sell products and services that would be beneficial to our members
- Maintain a high level of customer service, measured in part by member surveys
Work Schedule
Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, or 9:00 to 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (about one - two per month)
Please note that additional Saturdays may be required from time to time to meet business demands.
