Senior Vice President of Operations (Multi-state Continuing Care Retirement Communities)
Ohio residence preferred, but not required.
CHI Living Communities has an opportunity for a proven leader with 10 or more years of direct operational experience with multi-state continuing care retirement communities (skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living) to join our ministry as Senior Vice President of Operations. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing clinical and operational practices of excellence in care and service for all residents.
- Ensuring the mission, culture, and values of our Catholic faith-based senior living ministry are modeled daily in our decisions and actions.
- Creating a best workplace environment for all employees.
- Fostering positive relationships with business partners and vendors.
- Developing comprehensive strategies and goals for operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in all levels of senior living. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, up-to-date knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, an active nursing home administrator license, and a passion for living our mission and values.
The ability to travel and provide multi-state operational oversight in all of our markets is required.
